Opposing Special Treatment is not Racist

Brigitte Bardot is in trouble for criticising Muslim animal slaughter practices. Her language seems extreme (but I have only seen the worst quote), but her sentiments are not. Bardot is a famous campaigner for animal welfare. If it is wrong to kill animals without first stunning them when you are Christian or Atheist, why is it ok for Muslims?

It is not racist to point out that certain practices you disaprove of are being brought in by immigration and tolerates by PC types. If a law is not good enough to apply to everyone it should not be a law, egalite, non? (Imagine the accents I don’t know how to type them!)

I will support anyone’s right to criticise Halal meat, forced marriage, female genital mutilation, lager louts or any other practices they don’t like, regardless of who carries out said pratices.
